Job Roles and responsibilities
-Assist in leading, supervising the
current D3 Team in delivering on
different briefs
-Plan and implement the firm’s
projects for assigned industry
while supervising the project teams in delivering on different briefs including Recruitment, training, logistics, human resources Strategy etc.
-Serve as support to the CFC in
facing their clients and proffering
solutions, this will include client
meetings and proposals development.
-Co-ordinate research activities for
updating in house consultants on
current HR trends
-Design various initiatives for the
development of the organisation’s
services. ,Nigeria
Requirements
Skill set
-First Degree in any discipline,
second degree would be an added
advantage .
-Certified member of CIPM, SHRM
Experience
2 years experience
